You can get hints for some of them by beating the game within a slightly inhuman time limit. And one is another tribute password.

Just finished my first play through. Final time was 1h25m and died 12 times.
My best time was about the same – just under and hour and a half, on Normal. On Hard, my times are closer to two hours.
